How are sponsor logos added to the drawing boards?
I use custom, high-visibility 4-inch or 5-inch printed logo stickers that are placed directly on the headers of the boards before the drawing begins. I can also hand-draw the logo directly using permanent markers for a more integrated, hand-drawn visual feel.
Who owns the rights to the finished artwork?
Both the event organizer and the sponsoring organization receive full, perpetual, non-revocable digital usage rights. The sponsor can share drawings on social media, post them on their site, or print them for follow-up marketing. The physical boards are owned by the client (usually the organizer) but can be gifted to the sponsor at the end of the show.
Can we have multiple sponsors on the boards?
Yes! While an exclusive headline sponsor is the most popular route, you can easily offer multi-sponsor tiers. For example, have a "Co-Sponsor" package where 2-3 sponsors have their logos on alternate board headers, or dedicate specific panels to specific sponsors.
How does the digital delivery process work?
Each board has a QR code attached to it. Within 60 seconds of a session ending, the board is captured and uploaded using our proprietary digitization workflow. Attendees scan the QR code to instantly download the polished, shadow-corrected image containing the sponsor's logo.
How early do we need to coordinate logo files?
We ask for vector logo files (.EPS, .SVG, or high-res transparent .PNG) at least 14 days prior to the event to ensure high-quality printing of the stickers or layouts.
