Courtney Clark Image

Courtney Clark

I heard Courtney Clark deliver an amazing inspirational keynote on dealing with change. Not only did she entwine her own personal challenges of loss and change, but every word was measured and backed up by story. As a live illustrator, her delivery was absolutely a dream to listen to, and a dream to draw.

Hearing her in a healthcare setting, many other attendees commented on her delivery, her voice, and her presence.

George Piro

George Piro

George Piro surprised me. I wasn't sure what a presentation from a lead interrogator of Saddam Hussein would be like. Not only is his keynote full of relationship building communication tips, but he offers stories on a worldwide, historical stage to back them up. Starting from story and not from an educational, inspirational message, George sweeps the audience into his real-life narrative, gives an inside look into himself, and into his most famous interrogation target.

Simply spoken, down to earth, I highly recommend George. He is unlike anyone else you will ever hire to speak at your conference.

Nancy Norton comedian and speaker

Nancy Norton

The second best thing that a conference can do is to hire a comedian as a keynoter. Nancy Norton hits it out of the park with constant humor, healthcare knowledge, and self-deprecating LOLs that leave everyone feeling good about the event, good about themselves, and good about what they do.

Now, she's a little bit crazy, but that's part of the aura, part of the love, and part of the power that she brings.

Morris Morrison keynote speaker

Morris Morrison

Morris brings passion, music, and a personality that leads every person in a room to truly know who he is and where he is coming from. That connection quickly translates to inspiration.

Rarely do I see a room full of women AND MEN brought to tears from a story. But this man can do it, all while offering up a pathway for audience members to look into themselves to move forward beyond any obstacle.

Jim Detert speaker and author

Jim Detert

Jim brings useful and capable tools to his audiences, giving them the power to handle and manage difficult situations at work. His stories, attendee interaction, and powerful reactions to example work-day situations are really strong. He does this in a way that is absolutely NOT a bullet point by bullet point delivery.

Jim spoke at an International Food Distributors Association event, and I had the opportunity to illustrate his chat. Jim is well organized in his delivery, focused on what he wants to deliver, and focuses on good communication.

Dr. Chris Kuehl economist speaker

Dr. Chris Kuehl

Chris Kuehl is an economist. Chris tells customized stories about the economy not through just numbers, but funny stories, opinionated quips, and matter-of-fact anecdotes that deliver. He is the only economist that I have drawn for that made me laugh over and over again!

While at the Indiana Bankers Association Annual Conference where I heard him speak, he tailored his delivery through the lens of the Hoosier state. Bravo Chris.

Marilyn Sherman keynote speaker

Marilyn Sherman

Marilyn helps people get a front-row seat to life. Her website may be female-centric, but I saw her please a mixed audience with dynamic storytelling and attendee engagement. She had everyone cheering.

With a focus on leadership, communication, and personal development, she leads individuals and shows the way to break out of comfort zones. Desiring everyone to have a front-row life, she combines practical strategies with heartfelt storytelling.

I've followed along with Marilyn over the past couple of years and watched her respond to some family health struggles. She practices what she preaches. Highly recommended.

Shane Battier speaker ex-NBA player

Shane Battier

Shane, a distinguished ex-NBA player, is recognized among the top 25 NBA players who never made it to an All-Star game. This fact is a testament to his team-oriented approach. In fact, his commitment to teamwork is a cornerstone of his message.

I had the opportunity to hear Shane speak at a USMA utility conference, where he emphasized the importance of collaboration and diligence. He tailored his message specifically for the audience, demonstrating his dedication to the organization.

Unlike many sports figures whose speeches often lean towards self-centeredness, Shane stands out. His humility and genuine approach make him a pleasure to listen to.

Adam Markel resilience speaker

Adam Markel

At least one of Adam's keynotes can be encapsulated in a single term: resilience. His delivery revolves around personal resilience, organizational resilience, and the capacity to recover from the relentless changes in our world. Hearing Adam at a Fuse Alliance event, I appreciated the practicality in his delivery. He also fostered a sense of camaraderie in the room, making sure we all had each other's backs.

Billy Beane data analytics speaker

Billy Beane

There are few superstars in the world of data analytics. Even fewer superstars with stories interesting enough to be turned into movies starring Brad Pitt.

I've witnessed and drawn for Billy Beane. Billy brings his story of transforming the Oakland A's by laying off the hunches, and playing baseball by the numbers. The monstrous bet had its naysayers, but listening to the facts changed baseball forever. He tells the story so very well. A+!

Pierre Quinn leadership speaker

Pierre Quinn

Pierre Quinn and I started a relationship as the pandemic rolled into our (and everyone else's) careers when he interviewed me for his Leading While Green Podcast. We've been fast LinkedIn friends since. These, are of course not reasons to recommend Pierre. But hearing from another prospective client who hired Pierre, had this to say:

"Hey Matt! Good to hear from you. Pierre did so well! It could not have been a better recommendation. He came prepared and was a perfect fit to close out our conference. They were all super energized! He also got the highest net promoter score."

Pierre speaks to those at the cusp of leadership who need a little help and support.

Jon Colby appreciation speaker

Jon Colby

I'm fairly certain that everyone knows Jon Colby. Well maybe not everyone, but his speaking engagement calendar is constantly full. I can't imagine a more liked guy! I drew for Jon on the tying together of happiness and appreciation in leadership. This guy is top notch!

Jim Pelle humor speaker

Jim Pelle

Lol. Jim delivers humor! As a young man, Jim was a writer for some of the original Saturday Night Live skits. He delivers on ridiculous stories from his own life, and brings in easy-to-digest snippets to improve communication. I teamed up with Jim during the pandemic and illustrated his keynote presentation to a government procurement group. Recommended!
