Big Paper Strategy offers a 2-day session to create a design and train your team in the art of whiteboard selling.  Day 1, using an iterative process driven by your sales, marketing, and product management team, we strive to create 1 or more whiteboards that your sales team can use.  Day 2, We work to create training materials, and create a dry run  to train your first level of sales associates to use this board.

The development of a sales whiteboard by a cross-disciplinary team has several process components:

Sales whiteboard design firms (there are only a few) start from the very reasonable experience of a sales background.  But Big Paper Strategy starts with Graphic Recording, and infusing customer interaction points  (blanks for customers to fill in in tandem with the salesperson) as important components of the board.

Visual Communication is far more impactful than auditory, however many of us carry a fear of drawing that holds us back.  Crucial but simple concepts can improve visuals- and that's where we help.  After a Big Paper Strategy Business Drawing Workshop, your team will have confidence to get up and draw on your shared whiteboard space and deliver magic and full understanding every time!

The Business Drawing Workshop

Full of hands-on and entertaining instruction and packed with exercises, this 1-to-2-day business drawing workshop is intended for 6 to 20 attendees.  Basic drawing skills, tips, tricks and oppotunities for team building start the workshop - followed by a mixture of predefined drawing events.  Attendees will draw what others are saying in the room (graphic recording) and then also draw to communicate their own ideas, or those of your organization.

While whiteboards are wonderful (to mimic real life situations), we will also utilize large paper panels hung to walls, laid over tables, and against any solid surface.

Drawing Successful Meetings Workshop

Similar to our Business Drawing Workshop, this workshop focuses on everyday and common meetings, and seeks to increase participation and excitement with a graphic recording element.

Making Successful Meetings

This 1-to-2-day workshop makes meetings meaningful.  Intended for 6 to 15 attendees who are at least part-time meeting facilitators. Expect drawing skills coupled with the development of meeting canvases templates to keep meetings and projects on track.  Met with a mixture of predefined drawing events, attendees will role play meetings and try out drawing methodologies and successful methods (agile scrum, thinking hats, and a dozen others) for maximizing participation.

Large paper panels hung on walls, laid over tables, and against any solid surface, this exciting event is meant to invigorate companies that, quite frankly, don't know how to meet.
